Simple! I offer a free 15 minute consultation for all prospective clients prior to starting care. Once we have our consultation, we will schedule our first session and I will send you an email link to my intake forms. All intake documents must be filled out 24 hours before our first session otherwise your session will be cancelled.

Our first few sessions are all about us getting to know each other. Together we will explore the current challenges you are facing in order to develop a custom treatment plan. This treatment plan will serve as a road map throughout our time together, capturing all of your goals and desired takeaways for therapy. My main priority is making sure you are receiving the best care possible and I will walk you through each step of the way.

A lot has changed in our post pandemic world in terms of accessing mental health care remotely.

Generally, a client must be physically located in the state a therapist holds their license. I am licensed in both California and Oregon. This means that I will be able to provide care for you virtually when you are physically located in one of these two states.

While I am not currently in-network with any insurance providers, I will gladly provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance provider for any out-of-network costs that may be covered by your plan. If you have a PPO plan, you may be able to get up to 80% of each session reimbursed after you meet your deductible.

Life is hectic and surprise things often pop up. I ask that all clients give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule our session. Otherwise you will be charged the full session fee.
